Is Driving a Convertible Going to Make You More Appealing to the Ladies?

No, as the owner of a convertible, I've received negative comments from pretty much every female in my life in reference to my car. Sure, there are some women who enjoy a convertible, but it’s not a guaranteed way to boost your appeal.

Women's Perception of Convertibles

Women tend to view convertibles as feminine. I don't recommend it as a manly choice to strut around in. Honestly, any woman that wants to date you just because of your ride isn't the type to be messing with. She will only be after your money.

Cars and motorcycles don't do what men seem to think they do. Hold your head high and talk like a mature man who knows when to be a gentleman but also is capable of letting the beast within shine. Most women want a man that will make them feel alive but will also keep them safe. It is a fine line, and a car isn't going to fix it.

Effectiveness Depends on Your Current Appeal

If you are already somewhat appealing to the ladies, a convertible might help you become more so. On the other hand, if you're an overweight 60-year-old jerk with not a lot of money, no type of automobile will have much effect on your relationships.

Maybe a few, but the birds will love you for it. I may not be the best to ask since I have never been a drop-top kind of guy. Maybe one day but not yet.
